Charging method

I. Enterprise legal consultant fees:

The annual fee of 30,000 yuan shall be determined according to the workload.

2. Reference to Shanghai Regional Standards for Litigation Cases (8% discount for members):

(1) The size of the object of action;

(2) Case complexity and trial level

(3) Referring to the experience and social reputation of the selected law firms and lawyers

(4) The working hours required for the case

3. Entrustment for other matters shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties:

(1) Reference firms take time

(2) Reference to the experience of firms requiring lawyers
